Thanks again for everything you’re doing. I’m not sure if it’s possible, but it would be great to know the average load lifted during the concentric and eccentric phases, to better track progress.

For example, I always do 5 reps per exercise on the Vitruvian using Echo mode. What I track in my personal Excel sheet is the average weight lifted, calculated by adding the average concentric load and the average eccentric load.
