addition of Niue, Cook Islands, Tokelau, and Wallis and Futuna?

What would it take to add the four countries/territories listed above to the dataset (the Realm of New Zealand associated states and territory Niue, Cook Islands, Tokelau; plus French collectivity Wallis and Futuna). I know these aren't World Bank members, but a number of comparable ountry/territories are in the data e.g. American Samoa, Guam, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, etc.

It would be very helpful if this were possible.
