• add a note on defining sampling and randomization to clarify how they are different. Sampling is defining the sample frame and randomization is assigning treatment. Very often these get confused as the same thing.
• The section headers are named differently from the section headers. Make these consistent.
• 'Advanced check: Clusters, strata, and individual-level IDs do not contain unmasked information about the identity of the clusters, strata, or individuals.' - the double negative is confusing. Reword.
• rantreat mentioned in sampling. sampling is not always random. this is part of randomization. same for 'Seed is set using a unique..'. overall i would suggest reviewing the flow of items as its not linear. suggestion to have it organized in 3 parts - 1) setting parameters 2) defining the sampling frame and 3) random assignment
