Introduce basic foreign binding tests

Similar to https://github.com/worldcoin/bedrock/blob/main/swift/tests/BedrockTests/BedrockSmartAccountTests.swift to ensure the `Authenticator` is working as expected on Swift/Kotlin/JS.
