Use tracing for logging and unify #232
Description
Upstream deps use tracing for logging. We have a foreign trait for logging in WalletKit. We should unify how we do logging in WalletKit and determine whether exposing the foreign trait is the best approach, using stdout / equivalent, or defaulting to stdout but allowing customization.
