is this project still active ? because ı cant run nothing for this library .I have tried docker and manul installation methods

the last commit to the master branch was 4 years ago so I would consider the project to be inactive. There are also a lot of open pull requests. Nonetheless, the docker solution worked for me seamlessly after applying a minor fix explained in #303
