Update to embassy-net 0.5

We need

• Update to embassy-net 0.5 sysgrok/edge-net#48 for the mdns support
• bump to embassy-net 0.5.0 sammhicks/picoserve#52 for the http support
• esp-wifi to use smoltcp-0.12 to be compatible (no pr to update it yet)

We have edge-net and picoserve updated and release, esp-wifi has esp-rs/esp-hal@0f38499 landed so it is pending a release.
