Translation not working

I've tried speaking in all of the languages presented, it doesn't translate in real time or after a delay. Sometimes it speaks in English repeating what I say in English. At other times it spoke on its own??? Some of the things it said made no sense or seemed like satire. 

If this is a genuine app, please reach out, this may be the best application I've come across for this usage.
