Hello, is there a way to translate between two languages without keep changing it?

Finally this happened! Now I wanted to ask if there is a way to make it translate from English to Italian when someone speak english and Ita to english when someone speak Italian without /start the translate into another language. You know, having it reconize which language was used and translate into the other one
