Integrating svelte-sidebar-menu

I attempted to integrate svelte-sidebar-menu into a working LiveSvelte app but I'm getting errors about $app not existing. $app is provided by Svelte-Kit. Is it possible for a Phoenix app to emulate a Svelte-Kit app?

✘ [ERROR] Could not resolve "$app/stores"

    svelte/Components.svelte:42:21:
      42 │ import { page } from '$app/stores';

How to reproduce:

1. Clone this branch
2. Un-comment out the Sidebar-related elements in Components.svelte
3. Assuming you have nvm and Postgres installed, run nvm i; mix setup; mix phx.server

I got it working by removing the explicit usage of $app! I suspect other components will use the dreaded $app. But for now, onward!
