Option for `trust_server_certificate`

Hello Wouter,

I need for a sqlsrv connection a option to set trust_server_certificate to true.

In a Laravel project its easy to do on database.php

Iam not sure to make a PR to simply allow it in the configuration tree because this setting is for sqlsrv database connections only.

Have you any idea or what do you prefer as solution.

Thank you for this great bundle to have Eloquent available in Symfony.
