[Bug]: M2 from WotLK Converting to Classic is not working.

Bug Description

[Bug]: M2 from WotLK Converting to Classic is not working. I converted Sword_2H_Ashbringer02.m2 to Classic version, BUT in game, it not show correct modle.

Expected Behavior

Actual Behavior

no model show, but jm2converter works fine.

Steps to Reproduce

warcraft-rs m2 convert --version vanilla Sword_2H_Ashbringer02.m2 Sword_2H_Ashbringer022.m2 .

rename Sword_2H_Ashbringer022.m2 as Sword_2H_Ashbringer02.m2,put it into patch, it does not work.

I have just created a new version 0.4.0 that should help here.

Note that convert works best if you go expansion by expansion and do not skip the ones between. Please give it a try with the new release

I used the command to downgrade the model from WotLK to TBC, then from TBC to Vanilla, but the conversion from TBC to Vanilla failed.

warcraft-rs m2 convert --version vanilla Sword_2H_Ashbringer02.m2 Sword_2H_Ashbringer02222.m2
Loading M2 model: Sword_2H_Ashbringer02.m2
Error: Failed to load M2 model from Sword_2H_Ashbringer02.m2

Caused by:
0: I/O error: failed to fill whole buffer
1: failed to fill whole buffer

Also, where can I download version 0.4.0? I didn’t find 0.4.0 in the branches.

Sorry for the delay, I recently managed to push a bunch of fixes for this, that should now enable model and terrain conversion up and down. Had some time to experiment. please have a try if you are still interested.
