Broken ‘Edit article’ link for some pages

Describe the current, buggy behavior

1. The “Edit article” button at the bottom of the page leads to a 404 error.
2. In the “Installing on MediaTemple” section, the external link opens in the same tab. Since it redirects to an external site, it should ideally open in a new tab for better user experience.

Describe how other contributors can replicate this bug

1. Visit the page linked above.
2. Scroll to the bottom and click the “Edit article” button → it returns a 404 error.
3. Navigate to the “Installing on MediaTemple” section and click the external link → it opens in the same tab.

Describe what you would expect as the correct outcome

1. The “Edit article” button should open the correct edit URL (likely the GitHub or handbook edit page).
2. The MediaTemple external link should open in a new tab (target="_blank").

Looks like an issue with the content import, the markdown_source field (stored in wporg_cli_markdown_source meta) doesn't seem to be updated as expected.

In the “Installing on MediaTemple” section, the external link opens in the same tab. Since it redirects to an external site, it should ideally open in a new tab for better user experience.

This is bad for accessibility. Users should be able to choose this themselves. That's why WP usually avoids this.
