Describe the current, buggy behavior

The Common Issues page contains outdated Codex links that go through multiple redirects before reaching the correct pages. This causes slower navigation and may confuse contributors.
Specifically, the Must-Use Plugins link still points to the old Codex URL.

Steps to replicate the bug

1. Visit the page: https://make.wordpress.org/cli/handbook/guides/common-issues/
2. Click any link that still references the Codex domain.
3. The links perform multiple redirects before loading the current Handbook page.
4. Example problematic link:
   • Current: https://codex.wordpress.org/Must_Use_Plugins

Expected behavior

The documentation should link directly to the correct Handbook URLs with no redirect chain.
Example correction:

• Expected: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/plugins/mu-plugins/
