New Pattern: Mobile Menu Modal Pattern

I'd like to start working on a mobile menu modal-like pattern. You can see this in themes like Edin and Resonar.

This type of pattern is tricky because it almost acts like a modal, where a keyboard user shouldn't be able to get to other areas of the page while the modal is open. This is often overlooked. I'd like to make this easier.
