Better UX and accessibility for the search option in mobile-view

In mobile view:
At the moment the search option is at the bottom of the menu. When a user types in the search field the input field jumps to the top of the page.

In the new design the search field is above the menu, I think this will be a better place and it also avoids the focus jump while typing a search word.

Also: is the result dropdown needed In mobile view? Or is it better to use the result page only instead?

We need to discuss this first before we start changing this.

Per discussion with @rianrietveld, we're just going to remove the dropdown. There's no clear benefit to having two ways of accessing search.

Reopening this, we also want to move the location of the search input on mobile, so it matches the design.
