chore: Added changeset for FaustWP Release Process (#2050)

* Initial commit to test adding a new release for FaustWP. Created a test action to create the zips and check the file content.

* Fixes for creating zip files

* Updated FaustWP release process to include 2 files.

When creating a release for FaustWP we will create 2 zip files and it will contain a zip with and without the external WPE update service.

* Small change. Added line break for readability.

* Small change. Removed line break between 2 files for comment above for readability.

* PHPCS fix.

* Updated wording for the release plugin action

* Removed 6.1 from test suite due to isseus with zip file

Github workflow failing as we could not download the zip. Numerous re-tries through out the day.
