We opened up the Case to examine the construction of the board. It is common practice for many teams to open the case of their Rio's to clear carpet and manufacturing debris.

We observed the LCD screen is flopping back and forth and is only attached via the delicate ribbon cable. I suggest a bit of adhesive is applied during construction to protect the ribbon cable connections.
