Status LED placement

I think it would be beneficial to adjust the LED placement on SystemCore so they are on the edge on the controller like the roboRIO.
This has the advantage of making the LED's visible from more then one face of the device, this makes the status LED's more visible and makes on the fly diagnostics on a moving robot easier.

Definitely a +1 to this! From an FTA’s perspective, having LEDs visible on two perpendicular surfaces significantly improves the chances that field staff can quickly identify and debug issues with a team’s robot.
