Running SystemCore At Offseason Events

To align with the "testing expectations" to "run the robot in test and competition (where possible) contexts to help assess the electrical and mechanical robustness of the SystemCore device", we hope to run SystemCore at offseason event(s).

Hosts / FTA for an offseason event have asked for clarification:

• Does FIRST have any concerns running SystemCore at offseason events?

If the event allows SystemCore to be used in place of a Roborio and we experience issues, then we will fall back to a Roborio.
