Create a toolbox category for exported blocks from mechanisms

The category should be named "Mechanisms" and it should contain one subcategory for each mechanism in the current project.
Each of those subcategories should contain the exported blocks from the mechanism.

And in addition those should have subcategories for any mechanisms within them.
