Handling of black and white listed domains in uploaded texts #59
Description
Texts containing certain domains that are blacklisted are automatically prevented from being uploaded (see exemplary discussion).
This can in some cases be fixed by simply whitelisting the domain on the English Wikisource, but this option will not be available for all of these domains, so we will have to think about a way to handle such cases.
