Make status page for each DOI

To monitor upload progress and to help with collaborative debugging, it would be helpful to have a status page for each DOI (e.g. 
http://tools.wmflabs.org/recitation-bot/10.1371/journal.pone.0008247.html as we had in #11) that provides the information currently available via the "Get DOI info" routine.
