[FEATURE REQUEST] Maps should be fully disableable

Problem

Some users simply doesn't need the included map functionality. That being said, they most likely want to fully disable it - incl. the calls to the google maps service.

Solution

A simple switch in the options to enable/disable the whole map functionality. Upon this switch the remaining map options will be displayed/hidden as well.

Alternatives

At least a filter hook in order to disable the map functionality.
