WPCasa Child Theme Support & Theme Support Improvments #115
Description
When a child theme of a WPCasa theme is getting used, the WPCasa Support Indicator displays no support. In such cases we should perhaps display this separately as Theme and Child Theme.
In addition we may should add a grey "Unknown" status which will get displayed by default when its neither clear if a theme/child theme has or has not support for WPCasa.
