How can I create a larger margin from the edge of the image?
How do I adjust the code?

You can't. You have to handle margins in your report or just place an Image control with the QR Code inside a Picture with white background to "emulate" margins.

Cannot come up with somthing right now off the top of my head. Try something and come back with some failing code if you have troubles implementing this.
