enhancement: auth module cleanup and restructure

Description

This issue will be an enhancement of the authentication module from the database to service middleware to app UI.
The current auth module is filled with lot of gray code and repetitive code.

Solution

DB Restructure, clean service middleware with modular and reusable code artifacts, clean UI routes and components.

• Requirement Analysis
• We will restructure the DB first.
• Clean up and rebuilt the service middleware code and schema artifacts like Routes, Business Entity etc.
• Clean up and restructure UI components and layouts and frontend artifacts like Routes, Forms etc.
• Consideration HIPPA and DISHA related artifacts
