Smooth scroll doesn't work on WSL2 #4957
Description
Expected behavior.
The smooth scroll feature, where PgUp/PgDown will shift the document line by line, doesn't work well on WSL2 and is pretty laggy.
How can I turn this off and go back to the old Vim scrolling where it just jumps one page?
The reproduce ways from Vim starting.
A bug happened!
