Device gets hot after a minute of playback.

Hi, It seems ffmpeg's codec is not fully using hardware acceleration. Device is getting hot after a minute of playback and losts ~ 7% of the battery. (Tested on Samsung Galaxy s10e with android 12 and Lenovo M10 FHD+ with android 10) I've played h264 udp fullHD p30 stream.
