Agent identity for AMP

Design a proposal to bring Agent Identity to Agent manager platform.

• We need to investigate how others implement agent identity
• Identify the user stories around agent identity
• Design proposal on agent manager will include (milestone plan)

For the investigation phase, worth considering the agent identity spectrum:

1. Local identity — K8s metadata, service accounts (what WSO2 Agent Manager already has)
2. Cryptographic identity — certificates, keypairs, DIDs (who holds the keys)
3. Public registry identity — globally verifiable agent IDs (who the agent IS)

Step 3 is where HCS-14 UAIDs (Hashgraph Online) add value — a UAID attached to each managed agent gives cross-org verifiable identity without bilateral trust setup. The TypeScript SDK and Go SDK could integrate with the WSO2 agent management layer.
