Publisher UI changes to support new AI policies

Onboard the new AI policies and provide the policy view option and policy attachment capabilities. The policies that need to be onboarded are:

• Model Round Robin Policy
• Model Weighted Round Robin Policy
• Model Failover Policy

Progress Update:

Following 3 AI policies were onboarded:

• Model Round Robin Policy
• Model Weighted Round Robin Policy
• Model Failover Policy

Policy view (only appears within the policy list under AI APIs), policy attachment and policy configuration capabilities were added via PRs [1] and [2].

The following changes were made to the Policies page with the pull request [1] for the beta release:

• Include default endpoints in round robin model options
• Provide a toggle option to enable or disable production/sandbox polices
• Improvements to the ModelCard component
• Minor UI improvements to the policy creation drawer
