Description:
Have the ability to use the Identity Server version > 5.10.0 as the Key Manager for the API Manager > 3.2.0.
Since the pre-packaged IS is deprecated, it would be nice to use a docker image with a km flag or similar that is preconfigured as described here.
This would enhance the ability of using an IS inside of Docker and Kubernetes in conjunction with the API Manager.
