WSO2_MB_STORE usage recommendation regarding H2 limitation

Description

The current documentation [1] regarding changing databases of the APIM server recommends using a default H2 for WSO2_MB_STORE_DB even in production environments. However, recently we noticed that due to a known bug in the H2 databases [2], we were experiencing frequent database crashes when using this approach. Therefore, based on the product team’s input, we recommend that customers use an external database for WSO2_MB_STORE_DB.
