Confusing interface when adding Unit Tests #1384

If you have installed both extensions on VS Code (MI and BI), when you try to add unit tests, you'll see two buttons with the same name (but one is for BI and the one for MI). We should label this better to make it easier for the users.
Steps to Reproduce
Install both extensions on VS Code (MI and BI) and try to create a unit test.
