[Docs] Add a warning in the custom layout editor document section

In the official documentation of the custom layout editor feature we need to add a warning message informing the user to copy and paste the default HTML content under the HTML tab if the requirement is only override the styling of the existing components through CSS

Changes Made:
Added a warning message in the custom layout editor documentation to inform users that they should copy and paste the default HTML content in the HTML tab before making CSS modifications when only overriding styling of existing components.

The warning has been added to the include file (en/includes/guides/branding/customize-layouts-with-editor.md), which is used by both versions. All changes have been verified with successful mkdocs builds.
