Vendor clean issue on Windows

aemc binary stored under aem/home/opt cannot remove itself on Windows :)

so aemc binary maybe need to be stored somewhere else than under 'opt' to make sh aemw vendor clean working properly

fix:

introduce subdir vendor under opt and remove it only
