In-place upgrade support

Currently it seems that it is not supported to do an in-place upgrade of the quickstart-jar, which is needed for AEM 6.5 LTS Service Packs since these will be quickstart jars instead of the usual packages. When I adjust our quickstart-jar I get following message: outdated and need to be recreated as distribution JAR changed but I don't see a 'recreate' command.

Because it has many dependencies, the Quickstart JAR unpacks various components at startup, and Adobe may change these between versions. Due to the unknown scope of these changes, it’s difficult to predict what needs to be upgraded. Therefore, it is recommended to back up your content manually using content packages, delete instances, recreate them, and then restore the content by installing the package.

Hi @krystian-panek-vmltech , according to the documentation of Adobe that shouldn't be a problem with SP upgrades: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65-lts/content/implementing/deploying/upgrading/in-place-upgrade , they say it should be just an in-place upgrade without any other necessary steps. I also tested this already myself without any issues multiple times
