Replace deprecated nette/finder dependency with nette/utils

Let's replace `"nette/finder": "^2.5"` with `nette/utils:^4.0`, if not then this should also be ok `nette/utils": "^3.2"`.

Yes, thank you! Not sure if 3.2 is still supported, though. The requirement for cognitive-complexity is "tomasvotruba/cognitive-complexity": "^0.1.1", maybe it could be upgraded too? ^0.2 and ^1.0 no longer have the nette/utils dependency
