Continuous rotation and max rotation speed please

We would like to know if this system is capable of azimuthal continuous rotation for camera/radar-like use cases. If that's the case, what is the maximum azimuthal speed? Can it do 60rpm? The tilt functionality would not be used

Hello, mainly used for satellite tracking, the movement speed is not very fast, and it may only rotate 10rpm
