is there a way to disable easyeffects for all outputs?

I sometimes have a very big CPU load in the background, and that causes cracking sound with easyeffects enabled (with no effects turned on, but I don't think its an easyeffects issue, just too much load), so I disable it. I disable each output, but whenever I open say a new youtube video, it re-enables itself. Is there a setting to disable it for all outputs?

That is because of the option Process All Output Streams in our preferences menu. Disable it and you should get what you want. Just have in mind that WirePlumber remembers the last device used by a stream and tries to move it to that device. So you may have to manually disable effects for that stream at least once for WirePlumber to forget the assoication.
