By dint of searching, I discovered that the size is memorized if you quit Easy Effects by clicking on the cross in the title bar, while I was using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Q (equivalent, in principle, to a click on the "Quit" menu item). So there is definitely a bug. Moreover, even when clicking on the cross in the title bar, the window position is not memorized.
