Migrating to WXT, I am making an extension.

Hello there!

I'm in the process of making a chrome extension (sidebar) and I'm getting a lot of issues like inheritance of styles from host pages.

I saw some people discussing on inheritance. Got that WXT is good. I have no idea what WXT is.

If it solves my issue, I am happy to migrate to WXT.

Can you help me with it?

Look into using the shadow root/shadow DOM API. It's not specific to wxt, but wxt does provide a helper to set up an isolated content script UI: https://wxt.dev/guide/essentials/content-scripts.html#shadow-root
