Idea about enabling background HMR by unsafe-eval

I'm not sure if this was already mentioned somewhere else.
I'm not sure if the absence of unsafe-eval is the reason wxt use runtime.reload to reload the background (and the whole extension).

Maybe related to #53

Since reload the extension closes popup and sidepanel, fixing this will improve the dev exp a lot

It's possible to enable unsafe-eval or any CSP by

• customizing the mv3 CSP in about:config in Firefox (search for content-security-policy.v3)
• alter chromium's source code and compile it yourself

With the support of unsafe-eval, we can have
