Better to use placeholder (%s) rather than incomplete sentence part #5

Description

Take these strings for example:

// USED IN SENTENCES
// EXAMPLE: THERE ARE 10 MINUTES REMAINING IN THIS SESSION.
"gen_use_remaining" = "remaining";

// USED IN SENTENCES
// EXAMPLE USAGE: BATTERY IS 100% 'CHARGED'
"gen_use_charged" = "charged";

In Chinese, our sentence order would be like this:

In this session, there are remaining 10 minutes.
Battery is charged 100%.

There are many cases just like these in the source strings, limiting our creativity to a translation and making us hard to translate a smooth sentence. Is it possible to use a placeholder (%s) to make us able to change the order of sentence parts? Thanks!
