Can't get Rebar to Enabled in GPU-Z, or in AMD

Specs:
i7-7700
RX 6800
Gigabyte B250M-DS3H

CSM Disabled
WIN8/10 WHQL In BIOS

I followed all of the steps, the Patch tool told gave me an error, still followed through everything else.

I flashed my bios, everything turned on after some troubleshooting, But the only thing i have in device manager is large memory [0000002000000000 - 0000002FFFFFFFFF] PCI Express Root Complex

GPU Z and AMD are telling me that rebar is disabled.

Can someone help me?

@DinkoRhoades Try to flash this bios using q-flash (i suggest you downgrade 1-2 bios version below current version): B25MDS3H_Rebar.zip

Go to Peripherals -> See if there is a setting called "System Agent (SA) Configuration", and inside it there is "Above 4GB MMIO" option, perhaps give it a screenshot and share it here.
