Linked monitor brightness on two SDR monitors not working in v1.17.2

Enabling the link levels button with two SDR monitors (with SDR Replaces Primary Slider enabled on each) causes the brightness slider to do nothing. If I unlink the levels, I can properly change the brightness of each monitor independently. This seemed to be working just fine in older versions and seems like a new issue in v1.17.2.

This seems to persist whether or not the SDR Replaces Primary Slider is enabled.
Also, this setting itself seems to be bugged in this version. Enabling/disabling it seems to have no effect on the twinkle tray dialog box, which says SDR regardless of the checkbox above.
