Settings don't stick (not a bug)

Hi, I have the difficulty that though I generally want to use my workplace with 0 brightness (no .. it's not off) .. it keeps on resetting to 100 .. without any noticable rule.

I would be looking for a lock feature that notices this slider change and resets to my preferance.

Is this possible? And possibly somthing to put in scope?
