[MISC]: Add integration tests with Dask #60
Description
What is your issue?
We already (or will with pending PRs) have integration/compatibility tests with the following:
- xgcm
- MetPy
- cf-units
Since we have (and will have more) functionality that's intended to work with Dask, it would be great to actually test that.
Not something needed for initial release, so leaving without a milestone for now.
