Append argument to goaccess execution command?

Is it possible to add --unknowns-log=filename.log as a command in docker container to isolate/log all unknown user-agents?

I'm having a lot of unknown browsers hitting my instance and I would like to create custom browser for it. I suspect it's the Home Assistant companion app but adding Home Assistant/Other to CUSTOM_BROWSER did not work so maybe I'm using the wrong agent?
