Printer config is a mess

I own a lot of 3D printers and have have a lot of experience with Klipper conversions or modifications. I love the work that has been done but sheesh the printer config is a huge mess. I'd love to fix it but I feel like this would already be a lot of work and effort. I do appreciate the work of where the pins and settings are already laid out. I honestly think that I would need to try to get this printer into mainline Klipper so it would work a lot better but most likely not possible.

Let me see if I have some time to fix the printer config and make it more friendly and standard like most configs out there.
I still have issues trying to get the z-offset to stick properly using mainsail.
